A status report is sent once a day by the appliance via email to the statistics manager. This report includes graphic representations of statistical data regarding the throughput (received, sent, encrypted, decrypted), technology (GINA - S/MIME - OpenPGP - domain), optional spam (incoming spam - blacklisted - greylisted), processor and memory utilisation as well as domain and user statistics in csv format.

 

If administrative tasks are required, this report is classified as "IMPORTANT" and additionally sent to the defined appliance administrators. This is the case, for example, if unknown root certificates collected from S/MIME signatures are to be classified with regard to their trustworthiness or if an update of the appliance is pending.
