With the Central Disclaimer Management (CDM), the SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway can add central company (disclaimer) information as well as, using the external LDAP data memories (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory (AD)), personalised sender (footer) information to your emails.

In particular, this is possible since a disclaimer added using the SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway is also correctly positioned when replying, i.e. below the reply and not in the end of the email. Here, it does not matter whether an email has been created in text or HTML format or with which of the most common email clients (Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird and Apple Mail) it has been created.
Central company disclaimers can be used in order to attach uniform texts, such as addresses and company owners, to emails.
Example for a disclaimer in text format:

Footers can be used to attach information about the sender themselves, such as name, phone number, email address, etc., to emails.
