Generally, the requirements for the function and/or the email processing sequence are implemented with the ruleset generator provided under Mail Processing.

 

If requirements go beyond these standard options, there is the option of extending the ruleset programmatically in the ruleset generator, in the section Custom commands, and of placing the corresponding customer-specific parts in the process accordingly. In special cases, a complete ruleset can be created without the help of the ruleset generator and uploaded using the Upload button in the section SMTP ruleset.
