Here it is possible to import new tenant(s) and their domains from a SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway export zip file.

Necessary pre-requisites for this:

• the exported zip file
• the password for the zip file
• the tenant and the domains must already exist in seppmail.cloud
• domains need to be in status "provisioned"

Click Upload New Tenant to start the process.

Choose the file, enter the password and click Upload Data.

This will start an import session, for example "Session 1". It is possible to start several import sessions in succession.

 

In a first step, the validity and content of the import file is checked. The domains are sorted by tenant.

• Domains in status "provisioned" are by default automatically selected for import. They can be manually excluded by clicking the X symbol next to the respective domain.
• Domains in another status or unknown domains will be listed but cannot be imported.

Click Trigger Import and then Confirm Import to start the actual import.

The import may take a while. The timeout for each import session is set to 30 minutes. After this time, a new login and new import is necessary.
