It may happen that in the E-mail client of the user there are encrypted E-mails that cannot be read. (See the SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway documentation for the detailed possible causes.)
In this case, an attempt can be made to get the E-mail decrypted once more. For this, pack the encrypted E-mail as an attachment in a new (carrier) E-mail (do not forward!) and send it to the address "decrypt@seppmail.cloud" (alternatively to "reprocess@seppmail.cloud"). The E-mail is automatically routed to the fitting target server, depending on the set-up integration.
The target server discards the carrier E-mail, and the original, encrypted message in it is processed again and delivered. Naturally, the precondition is that the required private key for decryption on the target server is known.
