The support for end customers and partners is based on the distribution model of SEPPmail. Thus, the end customer first point of contact is its system house or system integrator. A certified SEPPmail partner comprises of at least one SEPPmail Certified System Engineer and is therefore a competent partner, both for infrastructure-related as well as for project-specific questions and problems.
For more in-depth questions, the partner can in turn contact their distributor. The distributor’s employees have extensive experience in the subject area of secure email in general and SEPPmail in particular. If the distributor has any further questions, they have the option of integrating the SEPPmail support or establishing direct contact with the partner or customer, if necessary.
New product requirements are also accepted via this channel.
