SEPPmail meets the described requirement by means of a complete email encryption supported by the  SEPPmail Microsoft Outlook Add-In and the use of all standard functions provided by Outlook.

 

Here,

•the  SEPPmail Microsoft Outlook Add-In converts the recipient addresses in the email header and replaces them by a static special address.
 

•the email is returned to the sender, generally encrypted in the GINA (unless an S/MIME certificate is available for them in the certificate storage for outgoing emails).
 

•the contents of the email are unencrypted on route to the SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway
