LOG entries are to be used for analysing the behaviour of the SEPPmail Microsoft Outlook COM-Add-In.

Answer:

The LOG entries are written separately for the respective registered user and are stored under

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\SEPPmail\Outlook AddIn\

 

Usually, the files for the corresponding current day are

Info.txt

Trace.txt

In the event of an error, the file

Error.txt

is also created.

 

The files are rotated on a daily basis and are assigned numbers at the end of their name.
