Via GINA, encrypted mails can be sent even if the receiving side does not use decryption methods.

The GINA host must be created once for this sending method.

Recipients of GINA mails may register themselves (if the host is configured accordingly) and can then be viewed, see GINA user.

Enter an administrator's E-mail for this GINA host to which the new initial password will be sent in the event of a password reset for a GINA account that has not yet been registered.

Scenario for a necessary password reset: An initial password is sent to the creator (1st sender) of the GINA account. However, the initial password is not sent to the recipient by SMS. A password reset must be triggered so that the account can still be registered.

The admin E-mail must be a central E-mail address in your own organisation that processes these password reset requests in the company's internal process (e.g. a GINA helpdesk).

Switch on to make providing a phone number mandatory during registration.

Password length of the initial password of the E-mail recipient, the password is necessary for decryption.

"Outlook Message", "MIME Files" or "PDF".
