GINA host

Cache Mode

By default, this option is inactive.

Activating this option caches the encrypted secure attachment "secure-email.html" on the server.

Delete from cache after

Days after which the attachment will be deleted from the cache. Options are 30, 60 or 120 days.  

Admin E-mail

Enter an administrator's E-mail for this GINA host to which the new initial password will be sent in the event of a password reset for a GINA account that has not yet been registered.

Scenario for a necessary password reset: An initial password is sent to the creator (1st sender) of the GINA account. However, the initial password is not sent to the recipient by SMS. A password reset must be triggered so that the account can still be registered.

The admin E-mail must be a central E-mail address in your own organisation that processes these password reset requests in the company's internal process (e.g. a GINA helpdesk).

Provide phone number

Switch on to make providing a phone number mandatory during registration.

Initial Password

Password length of the initial password of the E-mail recipient, the password is necessary for decryption.

Allow Self-Registration

If yes, users (that is E-mail recipients) can self-register as GINA users.

The permitted type of download of the E-mail after decryption can be specified. There are three options:

"Outlook Message", "MIME Files" or "PDF".

Enabled Languages

Select the language(s) with which GINA users can log on to https://securemail.seppmail.ch/.

Default Language

This language is used until the GINA user selects another language in their settings.
