The CA (Call Ahead) Recipient Cache is used to temporarily store queries for (in)valid users at the forward server in order to relieve it.
Positive entries ("User exists") are kept in the cache for 7 days, negative entries ("User does not exist") for 4 hours. If the negative entry is identified by "End of Data", the holding time in the cache is 4 hours.
Individual entries or all entries of a domain can be deleted. The entries in this cache are independent of the user list and have no influence on the number of licences billed.
