This menu entry needs the ALL or Audit role.

The Audit Log allows to inspect all requests that have been sent to the seppmail.cloud backend.

 

Available fields:

Select month and year for the report.

Select the tenant(s): "all" or "select manually". This opens a selection list of available tenants.

Maximum number of entries to be shown.

Display the report on the screen. This content can be printed to PDF with the browser function.

Save the report as CSV file (with comma as separator).

Offers more filter options like:

  • Actions: Select "all" or "select manually". This opens a selection list of available actions like login, logout, create etc.
  • Log Level (from - to).
  • Other values like PTR, client IP and more.

By default, the option Exclude requests to view the audit log is active. If you want to see those, uncheck it.

 

By default, the following columns are shown for the report.

Time at which the request was executed.

anchor link Log Level

Corresponds to a "severity" of the log entry (INFO, WARNING, ERROR...).

Unique message for the corresponding request, like "Successful logout of admin@example.com enduser".

IP address from which the request was triggered.

anchor link User

User that triggered the request.

Via Edit Columns, default columns can be removed or other columns can be added for display, like session ID, tenant, partner and more.
