Spam messages that have escaped the seppmail.cloud spam filter can be reported directly as .eml attachment to SEPPmail.

There are various ways to do this, which may differ slightly depending on the mail programme:

Variant 1 (Microsoft Outlook): Open a new email and drag and drop the spam message to be forwarded into the new email.

Variant 2 (most other mail programs): Send message via "Forward" > "As attachment".

Then send the email to spam@seppmail.io.

Create a Quick Step and enter the following:

Name: "Mark as Spam"

1. Action: "Forward message as an attachment" to: "spam@seppmail.io"

2. Action "Delete message"

In the case of a spam message, execute the Quick Step and then send the mail.
