Initial situation:
seppmail.cloud or SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway should be connected to Microsoft 365. In this case, CodeTwo or a similar component is already connected via its own set of rules, which is executed before the SEPPmail rules.
By including the SEPPmail component, CodeTwo does no longer work or the email flow is interrupted.

How can the correct functioning of both systems be ensured?
Answer:
Generally, the activation of "Stop processing more rules" in the upstream rule of the third party provider is sufficient to eliminate the undesirable behaviour.
