Initial situation:
A communication partner has received an LFT message. The download in an email format (MSG, see Allow messages to be downloaded as outlook message files, and/or EML, see Allow messages to be downloaded as MIME files) is admitted in the settings of the related GINA Domain.
Question:
Why does the downloaded message only include the message text but not the attachments like a "normal" GINA message?
Answer:This is impossible for technical reasons. Depending on the size of the LFT message, this could cause a failure of the email client.
