A domain that is set to confidential can only be viewed by partner admins and persons authorised by them to access this domain.
This means that this domain practically does not exist for admins without the necessary rights (this concerns, for example, the points mailflow, users, settings, Blocklist/Welcomelist, ...).
The typical use case is that the partner's own domain is set to confidential. This means that this domain is no longer accessible to all persons who administer domains for customers.
How to configure this feature
Only a partner admin can set a domain to confidential. To do this, under Services select a tenant and set the switch confidential for the corresponding domain, see Services.
Authorisation for this confidential domain can then be assigned to individual users. To do this, under User List at Internal Users select a domain and then for the individual users under Confidential Domains select one or more domains (if available), see Internal Users. The specific rights for this domain depend on the assigned roles as usual.
