In menu item Services, partners can find their assigned customers as entered in the SEPPmail CRM. In case of seppmail.cloud context, these customers are called "Tenants".
Partners are allowed to (in this order):
- add further tenants via New Tenant
- add domains to these tenants
- add services to these domains.
These functions are only available to partner administrators with the role Sales.
Partner administrators with role Support and Tenant administrators with the respective roles are allowed to see the ordered services.
When adding a new domain, it is entered into the seppmail.cloud; for the time being, this will not result in any costs. Added services will only become chargeable when they progress from the status "ordered" to the status "deployed", and users are entered.
Partners who have clients with other services at SEPPmail may also see tenants in the tenant list that have no seppmail.cloud services. It is possible to add seppmail.cloud services to such tenants.
The function Create Offer allows to create offers for customers.
Via Refresh data, the view can be refreshed.

Via Add Services, services can be added for the domain. An overlay opens with a list of services available for booking, see also Services and Dependencies.
Via Cancel Service, a booked service can be cancelled for the domain. An overlay with a dropdown list of booked services opens. Select a service and an end-billing date (default: end of month; earliest: next day) and confirm with Cancel Service. Tip: If the minimum mandatory service "seppmail.cloud base service" is cancelled, all services are cancelled.
Via Confirm domains and services, a first consistency check of the ordered services takes place. This may take some minutes.
The view can be refreshed manually via Refresh data.
Only when an ordered SIG-ENC domain is in status "confirmed" or "provisioning": The button Deployment Settings is available. Clicking it opens an overlay with currently one option, changing the GINA Host name for the managed domain.
