This submenu is accessed from Logs via Show queued mails...

If the email queue has not been deactivated (see Mail Processing Ruleset generator Advanced options Use custom delivery method, entering "loop"), emails processed by the SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway are cached in a queue if necessary, for example if the target system is temporarily unavailable or if the email is rejected by the communication partner in the first send attempt due to a greylisting filter. The SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway will regularly try to deliver the emails in the queue. If an email cannot be delivered despite multiple delivery attempts, the sender will be notified and the email will be discarded.

The content of this queue is displayed under Queued e-mails. An immediate renewed delivery attempt of the cached emails can be enforced with the Retry to deliver queued mails... button.

The Filter... button can be used to first search for emails by means of a string, based on the email address (columns From and To). In this case, the search result is listed under Queued e-mails.

The Delete button can be used to delete the emails listed under Queued e-mails from the queue. By clicking the Back button, you will return to the higher-level Logs menu.
