Add Services

In the seppmail.cloud service portal, a new tenant should be added under Services (if not already present) and the following services for the desired domain should be provisioned:

General Setup

Before changing the mail flow, the following steps under Setup > General are necessary:

a) In the overall section, enable the option Enable Delivery.

b) In the inbound section, check that the forward server points to the correct hostname.

c) In the outbound section, add the IP range of Google to the allowed IP addresses.
