This submenu is called up from Edit Managed Domain by clicking Edit mailprocessing groups....

"Mailprocessing Group" are used to edit the settings of the Managed Domain more granularly.

In this table, all "Mailprocessing Groups" created on SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway are listed.

 

Column

Description

anchor link Group Name

Displays the name of the "Mailprocessing Groups" already created on SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway.

Clicking on the Name opens the submenu Edit Mailprocessing Group for editing the "Mailprocessing Group" settings.
 

anchor link Priority

Displays the priority with which the respective "Mailprocessing Group" is processed.

anchor link Number of Users

Number of users belonging to the corresponding "Mailprocessing Group".

anchor link Disclaimer

Displays the disclaimer belonging to the respective "Mailprocessing Group" (see Disclaimer).

Displays the disclaimer belonging to the respective "Mailprocessing Group" to be used for new emails (see Initial disclaimer).

Displays the disclaimer belonging to the respective "Mailprocessing Group" to be used for reply emails (see Reply disclaimer).

Allows for displaying and editing the Users of the "Mailprocessing Group".

anchor link Extended Fields

Displays the available Extended Fields for the Managed Domain.

The values of the Extended Fields can be adjusted individually.

If the value corresponds to the Default value given under Mail Processing Extended Fields Extended Fields, then

default value

is displayed after the entry field, otherwise

group specific value

If not specified, the default values are inherited.

 

anchor link Global LFT quota in MB

Defines the global quota for this group. LFT will not exceed this value.

 

anchor link Global LFT quota warn levels

The default is "80,90,95". If the global quota exceeds one of these values, a notification email is sent.

 

anchor link Enforce global LFT quota

If activated, the global quota is strictly adhered to. If not, then only a warning is issued if the global quota is overwritten. Possible values are "true", "false" and "reset to default values".

 

anchor link User LFT quota in MB (must not be bigger than global quota of x)

Defines the quota per user of this group.

 

anchor link Users are allowed to use LFT

Allows specifying if the users of this group may use LFT. Possible values are "true", "false" and "reset to default values".
