This submenu is called up from Mail Processing by clicking on Edit extended fields....
"Extended Fields" are used to apply settings specific for the Managed Domain and/or Users - especially in client-capable systems - in a simple way by using Custom Commands (see also compare_extended_field()).

Displays whether the "Extended Field" is in status "Active" and therefore ready to use. By activating or deactivating the checkbox and then clicking on Save, the "Extended Field" can be set to the desired state. |

Displays the data type of the respective "Extended Fields". Possible values are String Time Integer Hex Boolean Number The possible values are given in brackets behind the entries. The type of the "Extended Fields" can be changed later via the drop-down menu and saved by clicking Save. |

Displays the default value of the respective "Extended Field" . This can be adjusted according to the used Type and saved by clicking on Save. |

Only available in client-capable systems. Allows for displaying and selecting the list of Customers for whose Managed Domains and/or Users the "Extended Field" shall be available. |
