In this menu, the GINA users present on the SEPPmail Secure E-Mail Gateway are displayed.
If it is a client-capable system, the users are divided according to the clients.

Via the input field, a search term can be entered as a string; by clicking the Filter... button, this term is searched for among the all GINA users.

to limit the display to 1000 user accounts. If applicable, the search for a GINA user would then have to be implemented via the Filter.... The search term is entered as a character string.

By default, this option is active.
Customers with no account are not listed.

Account status
|
Displays the status of the respective user. Possible statuses are:
•enabled
Target status
•enabled (unregistered user)
User who, after receipt of the initial GINA email, has not yet completed the registration process.
•locked temporarily
User locked until the next successful login. Further details in this respect can be found in the Last message status.
•locked temporarily (unregistered user)
User who, after receipt of the initial GINA email, has been locked before the successful completion of the registration process until the first successful login. Further details in this respect can be found in the Last message status.

Last message status

Displays information about the user's last action. Possible statuses are:
•Last successful login MMM DD, YYYY hh:mm:ss
Specifies the date and time of the last successful login.
•Last login attempt (#x) failed at: MMM TT, JJJJ hh:mm:ss

Mobile number

Displays the mobile phone number saved for the GINA user.

Creator
|
This column lists the internal who, by sending the initial GINA email, has created the GINA account.
With self-registering accounts, the email address of the registering communication partner is displayed, that means it is identical to the address displayed under Email.

Clicking on the email address opens a submenu with details on the corresponding GINA user (see submenu ).
